Carbon fiber parts repair
Bmw s1000rr hp4 - racing fairings kit repair
Racing carbon fiber fairings for BMW S1000RR HP4 damaged during track session. Head and back fairing had a several serious damages. Parts needed imidiate repair. First damage was very wide – it had oval shape on the left side of front fairing (about 12 cm long). Second damage was perpendicular crack. Third damage was on the left brench. Repair of head fairing included peel off old, cracked lacquer and lose carbon fiber. Later I did restoration of pattern using the right carbon fiber weave and epoxy. After that I painted part to provide UV protection. The last process was stiffening of part in cracked spots – I prepared carbon fiber patches and glued them to inner side of part. All processes bringed back part to life. Now it is stiffed and almost like brand new.
Second repaired part was back fairing. Unfortunately serious fall caused puncture in two spots. I used patches from inside and outside and work them out to get propper shape and visual effect. I lacquered parts to give them UV protection and secure them from scratches.

BMW X6 f16 M – damaged carbon fiber splitter
Delivered carbon fiber part was from BMW X6 F16 M-performance line. It was seriously damaged in a few spots. It had two cracks, which almost divided part into pieces. To repair this part I used patches from inside of the part and after this stiffening I could set allignments. After that I peeled off loose fibers and cracks in lacquer. Later I prepared patches for visible side of part and makeout surface with epoxy. After all I filled all cracs and bigger scratches and polished whole part.
